This series features camera and lens techniques with very little post-processing to create colorful and dynamic abstract images. This initial series of images uses tropical themes such as heliconia and ginger blooms, tropical zen gardens, orchids, and themes from tropical climates. These have been added to the artist's Abstract Gallery here in FAA.

FAA Has a new group called City Skylines, and they're looking for members to join and place their images in the group. This represents an important category of images for FAA members, distinctly separate from rural and natural skylines and landscapes, city skylines are visual "Icons of Place," often immediately recognizable and meaningful. Skylines also evolve over time, redefining, representing progress or decay.
Please add your images of City Skylines from any medium; use the group avatar as your guide.

The Graffiti group here in Fine Art America strives to showcase photographic captures and compositions of graffiti in the real world. In honor of the inauguration of this group, we sponsored an FAA Contest which sought submissions from all FAA artists, and invited them to contribute their images of graffiti to our new group.
This, our first contest, generated submissions ranging from original graffiti artist paintings on canvas to petroglyphs... an incredible and varied range comprised of 67 entries.
